Hand & Arm Function Training
Helping children build strength, coordination, and control for everyday tasks
Hand & Arm Function Training focuses on improving upper limb strength, coordination, grip, and fine motor skills through structured, child-friendly physiotherapy.
If your child struggles with holding objects, writing, buttoning clothes, feeding independently, or using both hands together, early support can improve confidence and independence in daily activities.
WHAT IS HAND & ARM FUNCTION TRAINING?
Hand & Arm Function Training is designed to help children develop better control, strength, and coordination of the shoulders, arms, wrists, and fingers.
Therapy focuses on improving muscle strength, joint stability, bilateral coordination (using both hands together), fine motor precision, and functional task performance in a safe and playful environment.
Early guidance helps children build strong foundations for school skills, self-care activities, and overall development.
